In addition to discussing the security situation, Minister Mehe, Ambassador Havenier, expressed deep gratitude for the irreplaceable support for Kosovo in the construction, development and the overall advance of the Ministry of Defence and KSF.
Also, Minister Mehaj reiterated the fact that US support is vital to developing operational capabilities and capacities with the Allied forces of partner countries and NATO members.
He announced during the meeting the US diplomat for the level of preparations for the “Defender-European23” training in co-ordination with the US and other allied countries, as well as the will and full readiness for participation in joint peacekeeping operations.
While Ambassador Havenier promised that the US through co-operation with the Iowa National Guard and other programmes would continue its strong partnership with the Ministry of Defence and KSF.
