According to information provided by RTV Dukagjini, the teacher allegedly carried out this serious criminal act behind the metal factory in Gjakova.
The teacher had first contacted the minor through social networks. In the conversation, the 58 - year - old had asked his students for help with some physical work.
And the minor who is among the communities had agreed that the educators would offer help. However, J. S, once the victim was put in his car, he was suspected to have closed his doors and headed toward the back of the metal factory.
In fact, by trying to develop intimate relations, J.S. has allegedly caused injuries to the victim in the genital organs.
These injuries were confirmed by the lawyer of the suspect J.S., Prek Lokaj.
Lokij over the phone said these injuries exist, but he stressed that his client has declined to commit this crime.
J.S. is now in custody.
“Foundation Procuror in Gjakova has applied for the detention assignment of defendants with initial J. S, due to alleged rape committed and the same request was approved by the competent Court in Gjakova”, Ylka Junik Shehu, the Prosecutor's spokeswoman, said.
The Constitutional Court in Gjakova has approved this request.
On May 06th, 2022, about 4: 00 p.m. in Gjakova, the Ferret Bogadaniı Street, forces the other person, the minor victim to commit sexual acts without his consent. The preliminary procedure judge has estimated that legal conditions for appointing the detention measure for the defendant in question have been met, because it is due to significant criminal acts. So with the defendant's possible finding at freedom there is the risk of repeating criminal acts, the risk of escape and the impact on witnesses”, the Constitutional Court of Gjakova has said.
J. S, experienced teachers in the Gjakova region, will remain in custody until 5 June.
