“We have German courses”, nurses and supporters warn escape from Kosovo

Nurses and supporters committed to the health of fighting COVID-19 have initiated the protest before the Health Ministry's facility, due to dissatisfaction with the lack of wages for nearly three months. “You're all proud of the management of the pandemic, we were the reason”, “instead of motivation it's frustration”, “
“
These were some of the banners held in the hands of the nurse staff who were engaged at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic.
They have warned of leaving Kosovo.
Lord Minister, answer us until 4: 00 p.m., we have a German class at 5:18x1>, says one of the banners in their hand.
They have said that it has been nearly three months since this category of nurses has not received a salary, and that, according to them, is irresponsible of Kosovo institutions.
Nurie Ukaj, representative of nurses at KKUK, has said in a statement to reporters that the protest will continue until they receive a concrete response from the Ministry of Health.
She has said some health workers have boycotted the job because of financial inefficiency.
The goal of the protest is for non-execution of wages and we have never received an official response. You don't get out of here right now without getting official answers. We requested e-mail papers, but we never received an answer unless yesterday we had a meeting with the chief of the cabinet, Cameron Salihu all they said was that there was optimism. In the same job, there are several colleagues who have boycotted the reason is the financial inability for further development of work”, she said.
And to join this protest there was Enlirat Duraku, a regular nurse within the country's health system.
He said staff should be executed at the right time, as it is possible that someone is still dependent on this very salary.
And then job contracts, because the health system needs them and patients need our maximum care, so their demand for salary executions and continued contracts know that there are huge shortages in the health system especially for support staff. We've also asked the minister of health, even from the Parliamentary Parliamentary Parliamentary Commission for these professionals to remain at work through finding modalities. We view the demand of these professionals as legitimate, so we as the nurses ' organization support them in a way that is unattainable. ”, he said.
Duraku stressed that they have received any answers, as he said that Minister Latif when he speaks of the <x0-cynic brain from Kosovo”, is referring only to doctors.
Because he meets with doctors, but the nurses usually send any substitutes apart from meetings with doctors”.
The Berisha stand, the other nurse from the health support staff, stressed that the cause of contract problems and salaries has been forced to sign labour contracts in Germany. Actually, she's engaged in the vaccine center.
We're two years with contracts on the job, but we're here because of non-paying. We're being tortured by contracts three months, six months. Also, the three-month payments that have been delayed, and many of us have personal obligations, as well as this three-month delay, and this continuation of the contracts on the works has caused us to break the contract. I, for one, cut it off to move to Germany. I had asked the minister of Health that if he has all things as minister and he's the church's very pleased with and then the human feeling”, she added.
