Foreman, ends the famous “Marrem Feyza”

Public Services Director in the Pristina municipality Iliric Musliu has told Kosovo that cleaning the road “Muharrem Fyza” came after the work was finished on this axis.

After the asphalt of the Fyzaʹ street, we have now started on such as Public Services, street treatment, we first introduced bus lines, 3A Center, for the reasons of long-term work, more than two years, no bus lines have been functional... We've also started planting flowers, greening areas, creating different green islands as well as planting decorative trees, not only on the main road but on secondary roads. Today we have shared the weekend to clear the way for the state of what it was”, Musliu said.

After the end of the road, residents have complained that parking lots for sidewalks are being used for car parking.

However, the Pristina municipality is expected to decide in the coming days how the parking matter will be regulated.

And it's like asphalt that's over, the green part, the islands are just coming up, but the part of the furniture needs to be fixed, so we're looking, we're starting with some fences, there's going to be an anti-parking column. Part of the project we inherited is a strip that's supposed to be for parking, but it's likely that this tape will be eliminated and used for bicycles, we're in the discussion phase, next week we'll come up with a final decision from the mobile task force... As a way this will enter our weekly maintenance and weekly cleaning programme”, he said.

While, Fatmir Krasniqi, resident of the <x0nd street, Muharrem Feyza”, has expressed happiness in completing this route while demanding that there be needles to facilitate the movement of disabled persons and wagons for children.

This road had become synonymous with the way Rosaphat Castle, until the day was worked, at night it seemed to collapse. Honestly, it's been impossible, even at the time of pandemic, it's been dust. It's finally come true and it's got a completely different view... Another citizen of this neighbourhood, Flamur Berisha, told Kosovo that the road has been delayed, while calling on the Pristina municipality to place roadblocks on the road as children are driving fast and risking.

The expectations are good, I think it should be better. It's been a while since it's been fixed, but I think it's gonna be okay... The road, I hope, is well regulated, within the current, channeling, electrical grids so that the asphalt doesn't need to rest again... I've made a request to the street Yakov Xoxa because it's driving too fast. The Yakov Xoxa Street is connected to the road "Majarrem Feyza", driving cars very quickly, taxi drivers in particular, with engines, trucks, very soon to arrive. Abdel Bajrami, a resident of this neighbourhood, said he was pleased that the juna works were finished and the circulation of the urban line began.

“It's okay, we don't need anything anymore, and the bus is off walking, just as it promised, so it turned out”, he said.

Works on the <x0->Muarrem Fyza” had started since April 2021, but the work process has gone too slowly.
