The level of support for Beden has been less than 50% since August, raising the alarm that his Democratic Party is on its way to losing control of at least one seat in Congress in the mid-November 8th elections.
As a sign of the decline in enthusiasm among the Democrats, the rate of Biden's approval within his party dropped from 76% to 72% this week. Only 10% of Republicans are satisfied with his office work.
Regardless of how low the overall rate of Beden's assessment is, it remains higher than its predecessor, Donald Trump, where its assessment had dropped to 33% in December 2017.
This year, Beden has been challenged with rising consumer prices, with the Russian invasion of Ukraine affecting fuel prices and with supply chains on a global scale still being hit by the Devid-19 pandemic. /Periscopi/
