One of the suspects' defenders, lawyer Guzim Kolqaku, has confirmed this.
Kolqaku added that against the five suspects the Court has appointed the detention measure in the 30-day term.
Otherwise, on April 28th the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec had confirmed that one person died, two others were injured until five people suspected of shooting at Volljaca, Kline.
Prosecutor's spokesman, Shkodran Nikci, had confirmed that five people were detained for the case.
Meanwhile, on Thursday, following the murder in Volljak, Kline, Fadil Gashi, spokesperson for the Pec region, had indicated that the event occurred before 21.
“at 20:43, police have reportedly fired gunfire and suspected injuries. Upon arriving at the scene, it has been found that two people are injured. They were sent to the Family Medicine Center, then sent to the Pec emergency. After a while, the guardian doctor has confirmed the death of one victim”, Gashi said in a written response to “Justice Vow”.
