According to him, the increase in waste collection prices within the month is inevitable.
“By 10:00 today, we'll be allowed to empty the trucks, so we're told it's a restrictive measure from the Waste Deposit Management Company. We have been contacted by all municipalities in which we operate on this problem. We certainly have it as a cause of rising prices to increase the monthly bill for waste collection, from 3.80 euros to 6 euros per month”, Kelmendi said.
He added that the 100 thousand-euro subsidy that divided Pristina's municipality has not yet been thrown into the company's account.
While, Avdullah Haxhiu, head of the Kosovo Deposit Management Company, has said that for these three days, they have imposed restrictive measures for several hours, not full deadlock of access to the warehouse.
He added that he does not know why the trucks were not emptied during yesterday, when the restriction was in 3 hours.

According to him, today the restriction to access the warehouse was between 8:00 and 10:00.
Even today the restriction has been in two hours, from eight o'clock to ten o'clock, then during the rest of the day they have access to the” depot, Haxhiu added.
He said three times they made arrangements with the company “Cleaning” for re-programming the debt, even in February, there are measures in the blocking of accounts.
All this is happening because of the failure to pay the debt that this company, we've already made three times a debt re-program deal, but it's not being respected. Even in February, we have made traffic jams as a warning measure, and we have announced in advance of those limits”, Haxhi said.
