From the count of MPs' votes, neither of them has received enough votes to be elected judges at the Constitutional Court, while candidate Dukagjin Abdali has been disqualified from the race after receiving at least the vote.
MP PDK, Hajdar Beqa, has presented votes from the Vote Commission.
“After the secret procedure and after the count, 102 deputies, invalid, have participated in the vote, Etrur Maloku: 47 votes, Dukagjin Abdalii: 46 votes Bardh Bocshi : 49 votes, Albert Avdiu: 49vota. None of the candidates have received enough votes to be elected a member of the Constitutional Court, so the vote is repeated, while the one with the least votes is removed from the race and the second round continues with this case Dukagjin Abdulni is removed from the” race, he said.
