According to sources, the artist has exceeded the allowed rates in a residential area in the city, and as punishment, he has received $60,000 in euros of fines.
Photos provided by “Albanian.com” shows the singer's fine and the car he was wearing in black glass and without permission.
We remember that Imer's been warning from time to time, through pictures at Instagram, about the possibility of producing a new song.
