Ukraine's dedicated resistance to Marioupol since the beginning of the war implies that Russian forces in that area must be regrouped before being effectively deployed. This could be a long process until <x1 is done, the report says.
However, Russian commanders are under pressure to testify to the achievement of operational targets, the report says further.
According to officials from the British Ministry, it appears that nearly 1,700 Ukrainian soldiers have surrendered to the Azovstal steel plant in Mariulpol.
