The president of the United States of America, Joe Biden, has signed a bill to provide about $40 billion in aid to Ukraine.
The White House reveals that all of this comes as part of an effort to increase military support for them, writes Aljazeera.
The bill, which will forward support to Ukraine for the next five months, includes about $6 billion budgeted for armoured vehicles and air defence.
