He's in a post in “Facebook” has deemed it unfair to sentence two former KLA fighters from four and a half years in prison.
Jashar also says he had believed in justice and had been convinced that they would be declared innocent by the Court and that the latter would judge correctly and investigate the whole case of Haradinaj's Gucati.

Another Injustice Over Our Deliverers
With concern I received news that the two Freedom Warriors, the chairman of O VL-KLA, Hysni Gucati and Deputy Chairman Nasim Haradinaj have been sentenced by the Special Court in The Hague.
Being proud of their war and their contribution, believing in justice, I was convinced that they would declare themselves innocent and that the Court will judge fairly and explore the whole and objectively the case Haradinaj's Gucati has been charged with.
I hope that this mistake against Freedom Warriors will improve in Appeal.
My friends, Hysni and Nasim, continue to remain strong, this injustice will end and we will see you soon in our beloved Kosovo.
