The first meeting between them took place on 15 June, and the second one on 19 July last year.
Smacked by the dialogue process, Kosovo analysts say it depends more on Serbia and not only.
“The most controversial status of Serbia and Russia is the time for Kosovo to resume Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, since even the political moment after the war, Ukraine-Russia, is in the favour of Kosovo”, the connoisseur of international affairs Arbnor Sadiku stressed for “Front Online”.
On the other hand, according to politician Fidan Ukaj, there are two states that can push ahead with the talks.
“The dialogue process forward could launch powerful states such as the US and Germany, and such initiative only has started to give a new impetus to dialogue from the meeting in Germany between German Chancellor Kurti and Vuciqit”, Ukaj said.
It stresses that paralyzing dialogue does not suit either Serbia or Kosovo.
The “Negation in the dialogue does not meet Kosovo, but neither does Serbia, since the road to Europe is inevitable with the dialogue process”, Ukaj said further.
Days ago, Integration Minister Mimoza Ahmetaj had criticised the Kosovo Government, which the dialogue process with Serbia, considers 7 or 8.
The “should be Kosovo, which insists on continuing dialogue, because every lost moment is the lost opportunity for us. Fleeing from the dialogue saves neither government nor Kosovo, rather, is getting fattened and lucky for both the government and the citizens of Kosovo who are paying the high price. The recent visit of the senior US official and the call to politics in Kosovo that needs to continue dialogue is the best indicator of Kosovo's charming policy approach to dialogue and Brussels”.
Dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, with EU mediation, started in 2011.
