Calling for unity at such moments, Kurt said that's why he and the chairman were there. The PDK, as well as deputies and asmblists of all political parties.
“At times like this we need to get together, so here I am, and there is the head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi, there are deputies of all political parties and together commemorating martyrs, holding fast the pain that we feel and vow to do the best for our country's future, our children's future, the generations that will come”, Kurti said.
Kurti, like Krasniqi, stressed the lack of justice for victims.
“On the other hand, defense KLA fighters have been arrested, imprisoned and once sentenced by UNMIK, The Hague Tribunal, EULEX and is currently being held in prison by the Special Court. But here we are, 23 years after the war, with no one convicted of the massacre of Studies”, the prime minister said.
