On 24 May 2022, the Kosovar Privatisation Agency (AKP) has accepted the ruling from the Supreme Court's Special Chamber in which a majority vote is imposed on the AKP Board's decision to withdraw shares and deploy the new company Agrokosova under the AKP's direct management until the final decision to investigate the indictment of the former Agrokosovo buyer. With this provision it is determined that a property of public interest in Kosovo's economic development will be removed from managing a state institution such as the AKP and returned under private management, the communique reported.
The AKP says it plans to make admissions on 30 May 2022 at 11:00 in Agrokosova objects.
