Otherwise Telekom workers, on March 25th, had accepted an unusual e-mail.
In this electronic letter, entitled “Ofers with voluntary packages for workers!”, employees in this company are offered an exit package, which includes two possibilities.
The e - mail offers employees to retire over the next four years to reach early retirement agreements, while the offer is also made to employees interested in volunteer cuts.
“a) An early retirement operation for persons who are due during the 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 years, as well as b) voluntary agreement to cut off the work contract with the benefits set for the worker/en”, is said among other things in the mail sent to each worker.
Those who sign for early retirement will benefit 60 percent of the current gross salary for the remaining retirement period.
Until, Telekom workers voluntarily breaking down the labour relationship will receive 24 gross salaries at once.
On this email, it was also written that the “bid is made only during the March 25th 2022 interval to April 25th, 2022, which corresponds to the pre-final period of the restructuring process. After that date at the company, other options that will, however, not be so convenient” will be restored.
The staff have also been notified of the process of restructuring (reformation) that has entered its final phase and of steps to follow.
