Haradinaj's shell is being charged with criminal acts linked to obstructing justice administration, reports the “Justice Trust”.
The Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) has demanded that Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj be sentenced to 6 years in prison and 100 euros in fines.
Otherwise, four witnesses of the prosecution, six of Gucatt's defence and four Haradinaj were heard in the trial against Hysni Gucatit and Nasim Haradinaj.
In writing, 18 witnesses' testimony, 12 from the Gucatt defence and four of Haradinaj's.
The number of days of judgment was 31, until the length of the preliminary procedure was 12 months and 12 days.
After that, prosecution witnesses -- including employees of the Specialised Office and Prosecutor (ZPS), Zenka Pumper, investigators and Miro Yukiq, head of the team for security and treatment of witnesses -- were heard.
After reporting for the conclusion of the prosecution case, defenders filed motions to drop charges, but these motions were rejected by the court, led by Charles L Smith II.
On the other hand, it continued with the prepared defence conference and after that were held hearings where the defence presented their cases.
As the defence also announced the closure of their cases, procedures were made with final statements of the prosecution and defence.
Hysni Gucati, along with Nasim Haradinaj, is being charged with criminal acts against justice administration, namely obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge and violating the secret of the procedure.
Gucati and Haradinaj are charged with making derogatory comments against potential witnesses and repeatedly expressed their intention to undermine the work of the Specialised Chambers.
