At least 14 killed in Luhansk and Donnetsk

At least 14 civilians have been killed in the eastern regions of Luhansk and Donetsk during the <x0 mass attacks” carried out by Russian forces, the Ukrainian Army said.

Fifteen others have been wounded.

In a Facebook post, Russian troops reportedly had used planes, multiple rocket launchers, artillery, tanks, mortars and rockets in their attacks.
