Very good example: The workshop prohibits business exposure of goods in public spaces

The Directorate for Inspection in the municipality of Vushtrri has banned the exposure of goods to locals, as well as the deployment of temporary items of business subjects and ambulance vendors operating in the urban part of the city.

According to this directorate, this is being done in order to free public spaces and in case the exposure of goods to locals, such as generators, refrigerators, tables and other things, without permission from the competent body will be seized.

“All goods found in public spaces (before locals) as well as temporary items that are located in public spaces without the permission of competent organ, from 12.04.2022, will be seized and to representatives of business subjects will be undertaken administrative measures and counter-invention, co-offering the laws at power”, the director's decision said.

On the basis of the document, for the release of public spaces, the Directorate for Inspection will co-operate with the Kosovo Police for such a thing.
