During Thursday the findings were introduced, which reportedly a small number of persons who are discriminated against on gender basis report this to relevant institutions, Klen Kosova reports.
According to the report, women are twice as inclined to experience this form of discrimination, which occurs both in the private sector and in the Government administration.
Men, especially when it comes to laying off their fatherhood, are also faced with an injustice on the basis of gender.
The complaint about these violations goes to the ombudsman as well. But, Naim Celaj, says there is little because of lack of trust in institutions, but there is also a lack of conscious campaigns.
The report also included recommendations that were said to be implemented in the new labour law.
