Responding to defence questions, witness Didec, has stated that Salih Mustafa has moved from the village of Vranidol to come to Baryleva to the lag “Verbovci”, reports “Justice Trust”.
Lawyer Betim Shala asked him if this had been the only case when he had seen Salih Mustaf in Barinev, and the witness said this was the second case.
The first “was very early, somewhere short or early March or somewhere there, but it was snowy. The second case was somewhere in mid - April or a little farther than the middle. By date I can't set it correctly, because it's too long and we don't have a record of”, the witness said.
But he made it known that the word is in mid - April 1999.
“Describing April 12th and remembering April 22nd, there was somewhere in the middle of that period because after April 22nd we were not even there and we had no opportunity to contact because it was difficult for us by the forces of the Serbian Army and we were closed by that Corridor”, he said.
On the other hand, lawyer Shala said that in the lawyer's question why he needed Salih Mustaf to go to Zlath, the witness has given the answer to “Someone called him on the phone, with the satellite phone, that there were large numbers of wounded in that area, so he rushed out to there with a hurry of”.
Meanwhile, the witness said he remembers this statement and that it was so that the day he was with Yusuf Shallak and Salih Mustaf.
I said why Yusuf is going so fast, said they called Salih that he's got a lot of injuries, I said I'm coming with you, not that we're learning bad, I said I'm really excited about going with them and driving that vehicle, going to villages somewhere in Golak, they're hanging out, I'm walking around with other soldiers with them again for Barlev”, confessed the witness.
Lawyer Shala asked him whether he knew or heard that Salih Mustafa was ever more in the village of Barinev in the period of 24 March 1999 to the day he last met him in April 1999.
And I'm sure he's gone, but for days I'm not going anywhere, when I'm dating Yusuf, you'll find it easier to understand whether or not this one is here or not, because Yusuf was the one who held us and kept us there, and it's about that if there's only another time that I don't have a chance to meet him. It's not either dry or necessary to meet all of them”, Ndreci said.
According to him, after the war ended, he was understood by the guerrilla unit.
Asked that by the time they met Salih Mustaf, he knew the same position.
And we know that it was Yusuf Shalaku, of our own account. And this was Yusuf Shalakut's requisite, the witness answered.
Asked to know that he is one of the guerrillas' responsibilities, but whether he was a guerrilla or an entity or was with Joseph, the witness said he did not know.
The “A you remember after the war with which activity you were engaged, for the period June 1999 through June 2000”, the lawyer Shala asked.
Ndreci said he worked at the amortizer factory, the factory, where he worked early until his 90s, and after the end of the war, 15-16 or 20 June have been turned into the same factory, where there was no hard work, but have returned to recover the job, but also the factory.
Meanwhile, he said that during 1999 he did not work in the police.
The lawyer asked him when he met Mustafa in the village of Barinevo and whether he could remember what shape he came in.
For the first time, I don't know how he came in, the second time he came in with that “Golf” along with Yusuf, and for the first time, I don't know a little bit more than I had a chance to drive by myself, and a former sense of ace, which I didn't drive such a”, the witness said.
After the defense concluded the interrogation, you continued with a lunch break, where the witness will then be interviewed by the prosecution.
