War crimes in Ukraine: O Report PACE confirms doubts

The report reportedly said that the March 9th attack at the Marioupol maternity hospital had been carried out by Russia and that the assault responsible have committed war crimes.
O The OSCE said that even the bomb attack at the Marioupolis Theatre, in which Ukrainian officials say 300 people have lost their lives, was also a war crime.
The organisation is not ready to draw conclusions if Russia's attack on Ukraine ʹper can be described as a systemic attack against the civilian population”, the report reports.
“However, the report provides several examples of violent acts that have broken the international human rights law “, examples which are repeatedly documented during conflict leaks such as murders, kidnapping and disappearance of civilians”, the report adds.
On the other hand, the report says O The OSCE has found some evidence of the violation of the law by Ukraine, such as the treatment of prisoners of war, but, however, the breaks from Russia were “of another nature”.
