All unions today stand: Nurses asked for a meeting with Latif and this guy's answer to the request.

The Kosovo Nurses' Union through a communique for the media has announced that they have sent public invitation to Health Minister Rifat Latifi for an emergency meeting, but have not yet received answers.

This union has published their requests to the ministry and are seeking reflection from MS.

Dear Minister of Health, sir. Rifat Latifi

The Kosovo Infermies Union requires that in order to avoid union action, which after the warning strike of the 05/04/2022 date, only to escalate, of which the consequences will undoubtedly suffer only the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, to share a time from your agenda for an emergency meeting regarding the demands of the Kosovo Infermies Union and the nurses' communities, the midwife and other health professionals as well as finding mode in order to find these requirements as quickly as possible.

We consider their realisation to mean increased responsibility, accountability, and increased quality of services and infemial interventions, with which everyone would benefit.

Requests are as follows:

1. The 7.1 salary cofficient for all nurses, midwives and other health professionals, based on the cofficient table, which was recently released, respectively, 70% of the doctor's salary, as it was and is until now,
2. The immediate increase in night shift payment from 18m to 36m,
3. Paying off additional work, extra hours for nurses, Mom and other health professionals respectively, respecting the Labour Law.
4. To immediately pay off the risk of being a nurse, Mom and other health professionals, respecting the Labour Law,
5. To be immediately paid off on weekends for nursing, Mom and other health professionals, as paid to doctors, to respect the Labour Law
6. The return of the Department of Infermia within the SHSKUK and KKUK,
7. . Presenting our communities on the USKKUK Board.
8. Nurses who are now going to have their job contracts expired, and who have been accepted by the MSH as a support in fighting COVIED-19 work contracts.
