Ukraine's Finance Minister Sergii Marchenko has said Russia must be forced to pay off his country after the conflict has ended.
He said there was a expectations among Ukrainians that Russia must pay for its aggression, stressing a variety of ways in which money could be collected from Moscow, reports Sky News.
