Ukraine, Russia exchange captured troops

Ukraine and Russia have exchanged captured troops.

So said the Ukrainian president's deputy chief of staff, according to the AFP news agency, writes Periscopi.

As a result of the exchange, 86 military officers, including 15 women, are already safe, Kyrylo Tymoshenko was quoted as saying in a video message on the telegram.
