Russian troops are accused of wearing civilian clothes and that they are hiding in civilians' objects to keep them from being deployed by Ukrainian forces -- which constitutes a breach of international law, writes the British Version Express, Pryskopi explains.
They have also been accused of using civilian buildings as locations to hide military equipment.
The case is believed to have occurred in Zaporizhja and Kherson, regions south and a southeastern Ukraine.
In the meantime, national security journalist Jack Detsch writes in Rjwitter: “Russia is hiding some bodies wearing civilian clothes and hiding military units in residential complexes, on farms and in emergency centres to avoid targeting Ukraine's forces -- possibly contrary to international law, according to the Ukrainian Army's update”.
