While Ukraine seeks more military assistance from the West, Sullivan said the administration of President Joe Biden would send more weapons to Ukraine to prevent Russia from occupying even more territory and protecting civilians from attacks, which Washington considers war crimes.
We will offer Ukraine the weapons it needs to be able to fight the Russians, to prevent them from occupying more cities and places where they commit such crimes,” Sullivan told ABC News.
Moscow has dismissed war crimes charges against Ukraine and Western countries.
