Prime Minister Edi Rama, during a conference with reporters in Germany, has also stopped at the situation in the region after the war started in Ukraine. Rama was asked about Serbia's weapons with the anti-missile defence system, but according to Rama, it doesn't have to bother Albania any more.
Rama further said Serbia has made encouraging steps in the UN, and that the Western Balkans have so far shown it is together.
I'm not worried about Serbia's weapons. I see no reason for concern today. It is more important that we breathe the era of peace and maintain as much of the Western Balkans as possible with the help of our strategic allies as Germany. I don't see how a missile defence system can be disturbing to us? Serbia has made steps. He's taken encouraging steps at the UN. And the Balkans so far are together. Co-operation in the region is of great importance due to the conflict in Ukraine”, Rama said.
The prime minister, among other things, was asked about a possible visit to Kiev, where he indicated that he would be pleased if his turn came.
There are others before me who deserve to have this protagonism. If it's my turn, I'd be happy to do it. But I don't think you should take the line of others. ” said Rama.
