Prompt Putin's friend: He wants to build an empire from Russia to Portugal

Medvedev, who is deputy head of Russia's Security Council and former president of Russia, made these ominous warnings in a post in the RH.

The news comes as Western leaders fear Moscow is preparing for a new military offensive in the southern and eastern parts of Ukraine.

Medvedev claimed that the Russian invasion of its neighbours took place to bring peace to the former Soviet republic -- at the time the evidence of brutal war crimes is increasing.

Until it's unclear what it means by being opened to” it's clear that Russia would be in charge of this new order of the continent.

Medvedev's message follows a cold-blooded propaganda published by Russian state news agency RIA Novosti.

Propaganda called for the liquidation of rival Ukrainian invasions and says troops should have no differences between civilians and military personnel.
