Tahiri has said that since the beginning they have rejected the proposal for increasing the price of energy tariffs.

Today when we have a decision by the Pristina Constitutional Court that suspends the ZERE's decision to expensive tariffs over 100% and on the other hand we have an ZRE statement saying that this decision has not entered into force and that we will not comply with this” decision, he said.
Furthermore, Tahiri said they call on the ZERE Board to gather and decide on energy tariffs ahead of the Pristina Foundation Court decision.
“We call for the ZERE Board to meet as soon as possible and give instructions that KEDs for this month tax citizens at the low price of tariffs, not with the top paid for these two months. If the board until Monday will not meet to provide KEDS instructions for this month to tax citizens at the low price of tariffs to us as the PDK, we will make a criminal complaint for each member of the Board”, he said.
