Nikaj: Citizens of Kosovo, each alone have the right to sue Z RRE

Nikaj on the Rubik show said the ZERE has not implemented the Pristina Foundation Court's ruling regarding the provisional measure of energy tariffs.

He stressed that the Regulatory Office has not instructed KEDS and KESCO not to apply new tariffs until a final decision of the judicial process.

“I believe that each citizen of the Republic of Kosovo after the decision by the Pristina Foundation Court regarding the provisional measure for ZRE tariffs should sue Z. THREE each separately. Each citizen of the Republic of Kosovo has the right, legal and constitutional right to sue Z The RRE for failing to implement the Pristina Constitutional Court decision and through non-compliance by not instructing KEDS and KESCO not to apply new tariffs until a final decision of the” judicial process.

PDK chairmanship member suggested that this party has delivered criminal speculation to members of the Energy Regulatory Office board.
