In a decision issued today, Appeals has confirmed the Constitutional Court's act against the Kosovo Government indictment, namely, the Ministry of Environment, for suspending the construction procedures of the multisected object in Lakzë.
“Today we have also accepted the decision by the Court of Appeals regarding nonprofessional and politically motivated claims by the Ministry of Justice. NPB's”, announced The NPB on Wednesday through a communique for the media, Paparaci reports.
“Based on this decision has proved what we have said in the beginning regarding our construction project he is completely legitimate”, the report says.
In February, the Constitutional Court in Pristina dropped the Kosovo Government's indictment against the Public National Company.
Project for apharisto-bane object in “Greed”, which is initiated by the NPB and will be built in public-private partnership, was suspended following the indictment exercised by the Environment Ministry.
The suspension decision was issued by the Environment Ministry in the month of October last year, following allegations of environmental destruction through the abstract, during the collapse of the facilities on NPB property.

Through this decision has been confirmed what we have said at the outset about our construction project. He is completely legal.

Out of 1.1 million as much as we own rent a year, revenues from the rent this project will increase to 5 million. Furthermore, property value will rise to 140 million from 80 million currently. So it's going to open up to us for the first time in more than decades to create the potential to carry out our historic function.
This legitimate and so helpful project can only conflict with partisan interests that basically do not serve the public. But we are committed to serving our company's growth with the sole goal of serving the interests of our city of Pristina.
