According to ZKMA report, Kurt invited them to invest in Kosovo.

“I hope you are inspired to invest in Kosovo and consider Kosovo a place for your next investment. Moreover, today during your visit to the ITP, you will also meet with several other businesses Star Ups, which the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Enterprises has cared for. You who want to invest outside Germany, I know that many factors must be taken into account”, Kurti said.

Later, he has told them about the reasons for them to invest in Kosovo.

I first want to tell you about positive economic indicators, to make sure that it's worth investing in Kosovo, and that your investment and your business will also be sustainable. Compared to 2020, we have formalised over 10,000 jobs and over 250,000 new jobs have been opened. Our economic growth according to the Kosovo Statistics Agency has been 10.3% of Bruto Local Product”, Kurti has declared.

Kurti has told German investors that it is pretty sure that there is a place in the region “that is proportionally speaking more German than here in Kosovo”.

We have to do a study, but I'm pretty sure there is no country in the region that is proportionally speaking German rather than here in Kosovo. Let's not talk English next. Besides cultural similarities, I know that you as potential investors, especially the rule of law and institutional and political stability play a major role. In this regard, I want to stress that we have now achieved stability in Kosovo as never before: Our government has a parliamentary majority that makes justice and economy reforms possible”, the government's first declared.

He also talked to them about the establishment of the Commercial Court.

Even in other important areas, we are moving forward, such as establishing the Commercial Court to manage business disputes fairly and impartially, and to prevent corruption”, Kurti told them”, Kurti told investors before. /Gazza Express

Full word of Prime Minister Kurti:

Good morning, everyone.

Your Honor. Sarna Röser,

Dear Ambassador Ajvey,

Dear Consul Miftaraj,

Dear Deputy Ambassador Voss,

Honored members of the new family entrepreneurs' delegation,

I have the special pleasure of welcoming you this morning for an open discussion, along with the ministers of my cabinet. With me are the Minister for Economics, Mrs. Artane Rizvanolli and Minister for Industry, Undersecretary and Trader Mrs. Rosette Hajdari.

I'm sorry, but I'm also glad we can't meet at my office in the government building, because you're a huge delegation, just like you're very important. But, which is even more interesting, you're a highly diverse group, and that's why I look forward to hearing how you spent the last two days in Kosovo, what experiences you've had and what impressions you've made about Kosovo.

I've heard that for most of you this is the first time you've been in Kosovo so I hope you're surprised at the good that Kosovo offers, and you've had the opportunity to visit different countries. I know that you have visited some Start Ups on your agenda, code schools, and that you have visited German companies here in Pristina, like that “Celonis”.

I hope you are inspired to invest in Kosovo and consider Kosovo a place for your next investment. Moreover, today during your visit to the ITP, you will also meet with several other businesses Star Ups, which the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Enterprises has cared for.

You who want to invest outside Germany know that many factors must be considered.

First I want to tell you about the positive economic indicators, to make sure that it's worth investing in Kosovo, and that your investment and your business will also be sustainable.

Compared to 2020, we have formalised over 10,000 jobs and over 250,000 new jobs have been opened. Our economic growth according to the Kosovo Statistics Agency has been 10.3% of Bruto Product.

Over the past year, exports of goods and services have reached an estimated 2.7 billion euros, which is an increase of over 83% compared to 2020.

During this year, the value of exported goods has increased to nearly 62%, in addition to increasing the amount of goods exported by over 88%; whereas compared to 2019, which was year before pandemic, exports have increased by 104%.

This means that compared to 2020, we also had an increase in Foreign Direct Investment, which in 2021 was an increase of 22%, while increasing capital investments in 2021, compared to the year before that, so 2020, was 10.3%.

These positive indicators stem from different circumstances, but especially from a friendly environment for businesses, which has already been created in Kosovo, then as a result of a population which is on average very new compared to other countries in the region, especially with Europe. And this new population has the spirit of entrepreneurship as well as the talent to be freed.

We have to do a study, but I'm pretty sure there's no country in the region that is proportionally speaking more German than here in Kosovo. Let's not talk English next.

Besides cultural similarities, I know that you as potential investors, especially the rule of law and institutional and political stability play a major role. In this regard, I want to stress that we have now achieved stability in Kosovo as never before: Our government has a parliamentary majority that enables reforms in justice and the economy.

Even in other important areas, we are moving forward, such as establishing the Commercial Court to manage fair and impartial business disputes, and prevent corruption.

So as a result of good governance, Kosovo ranked first country in the Western Balkans, in the “World Justice Project” index for 2021, and was established for 17 countries in the “Transparency International” Index. This shows that not only our anti-corruption goals are obvious, but also our success in this regard.

Tax revenues in the past year have increased by 34 percent without changing fiscal policy. This is because when people are optimistic and have hope, they spend sooner than they save, and at the same time when they see that the government is uncorrupted are more willing to pay taxes and contribute to the state.

On your agenda, after our meeting, you will visit the Park of Innovation and Training in Prizren a German-Kosovo project, which for us as Government is of particular importance. So again this year we will support it with 3m euros from the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade, which will undoubtedly affect the empowerment of the innovative ecosystem.

I wish you a beautiful day in Prizren and then a nice debut in Rahovec.
