spokesman Dmitry Peskov was responding to a speech by United Kingdom Foreign Secretary Liz Trus, who has asked the “allies of Kiev” to help Ukraine.
Western allies have said their support does not constitute a military confrontation between Moscow and NATO.
But Peskov told reporters: “Tendence to donate weapons, including heavy weapons in Ukraine, these are actions threatening the continent's security, provoke instability. ”
It comes after President Vladimir Putin warned the countries that create <x0 strategic threats” for Russia by interfering in the Ukrainian war, will face a response “rrufe rapid”.
