This process is scheduled to be held last year, but such a process had been postponed with the intent that Kosovo was dealing with the pandemic of coronary.
In post-war Kosovo, the only census was conducted in 2011, but not all Kosovo municipalities were involved.
This institution suggests that even the pre-priced budget for this process is already adjourned, and that concrete actions that would finalise such a process are expected in May.
Recognition of the population in Kosovo dates back to 1880, then with the census of the population of 1921 and 1931 in the time of the first Yugoslavia, following World War II, censuses of the population of 1948, 1953, 1967, and 1981 follow.
In the 1990s due to the political situation in Yugoslavia at the time, such a process had not occurred until 2011.
