Johnson addresses the Russians: I can't believe Putin's acting on your behalf.

Your president is charged with committing war crimes. But I can't believe he's acting in your name”, Johnson said in a video addressing the Russians directly, writes CNBC, follows Periscope.

Speaking in Russian and English, he said: “Myzories performed by Russian troops in Butcha, Irpin and elsewhere in Ukraine have terrified the world”.

On the other hand, he went on to count the atrocities committed by Russian troops: massacre of civilians, raped women, burnt bodies and <x0nd of their arrivals in mass cemetery, or just leaving them on the street”.

Ukrainian officials have said that more than 300 civilians have been tortured and killed by Russian forces in the village of Buka outside Kiev, whose findings were made only after Moscow withdrew from these areas.
