The indictment against Minister Arbury Nagavci risks being sentenced to 5 years in prison or 7 thousand euros in fines

Nagavci is charged with being held in the Kosovo Assembly, in which tear gas was poured, while police controlled by a green spray with black dusting parts, reports the “Bet on Justice”.

Currently, this subject is handled by Judge Naim Krasniqi-Jashnica.

The “Justice Vow” has tried to contact Minister Nagavci, but the same has been peaceful.

According to the indictment filed by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor Arberie Nagavci is being charged with criminal activity “retaining unauthorised possession of weapons”.

The Actakuz says that on March 21, 2018, the defendant Nagavci unauthorizedly and contrary to the law on weapons has kept the green spray, with black spray fragments with the inscription “NATO American Style”

In addition, the indictment reportedly says that as long as there were hearings in the Republic of Kosovo Assembly Hall, where there has been tear gas dumps by some MPs, police to prevent the series of gas launching has physically checked through the bodies of all MPs.

During the body control of defendant Nagavci, the accusation says she has been found and seized high-resolute spray.

With this, Nagavci is accused of committing criminal work “withholding ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 374 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, which is punishable by fines of up to 7 thousand and 500 euros or imprisonment for up to five years.
