Erroll Salihu: FFK's Assembly remains illegal, the court has decided on the signatures of Gramoz Vokrrit, not the Parliament

The Kosovo Football Federation (FFK) is saying the court, rejecting Gramoz Vokrrit's complaint, has confirmed that the Electoral Assembly, called for April 6th, is legitimate. But the renowned jurist, Erroll Salihu, who had left the post of SFF general, says that's not true.
Speaking to Gazeta Express, Salihu insists that the Assembly, called for April 6th by the FFK Executive Committee, at the top of Agim Ademi, is illegal as it conflicts with the Sports Law and the NFF station.
What the court has decided is something entirely different. Gramoz Vokrrit's indictment in court has been held after he has felt damaged with the issue of signing delegates for his candidacy. However, the Assembly is quite another matter. So, we're talking about the long-term procedures of holding a Kuzey”, Salihu said. The Parliament's question, called for April 6th, is something quite different than what Gramoz Vocrrill did in court. The court's decision on the disadvantage of Gramoz Vokrri does not legitimise the Parliament. The Assembly is completely illegal and unstudent. This isn't about the Gramoz Vokrris County. No procedures, no deadlines, nothing off. So this Assembly, called for April 6th, is about personal interest, but it is not begging for legitimacy. The MKRS Legal Department has also confirmed it, Eroll Salihi stressed.
He was recently a legal adviser at the NK, from where he was suspended after he publicly appeared against Agim Ademi and making all the evils and internal NFF scandals an opinion.
