According to Isufaj, he is also wanting to continue working as a career diplomat.
I would like to announce that my trip to the head of the General Consulate of the Republic of Kosovo in New York last week was interrupted by an arbitrary, non-legal and entirely political decision, in which I have been asked to leave the mission within 10 days.
In addition to the premature and unreasonable break of my regular mandate, through illegal decisions, they want to be able to continue the work relationship as a career diplomat at the institution in which I have served in the last 10 years”, wrote Isufaj.
