Podolyak drew attention to the increasing enmity in eastern Ukraine and Russian efforts to completely destroy the port city of Marioupolis.
Earlier, he said the blasts recorded in three Russian provinces bordering Ukraine were cargo and retaliation for Russia's invasion of the country. Podolyak did not admit Ukraine was responsible for the incidents.
“Times will have to be cleared when a country decides to attack another”, Zelensky's deputy wrote.
