Court blocks Z. RRE's expensive electricity tariffs

Pristina's Foundation Court has imposed temporary measures on the Energy Regulatory Office's decision to expensive electricity.

The document, published by FrontOnline, says that “postponed the execution of the decision No.077/22 date 09.02.2022 published on the 16,02.22th edition of the Pristina Energy Regulatory Office until the court decides with the final judicial ruling concerned with the indictment of”.

Otherwise, on February 9th 2022 new electricity tariffs, which are more expensive for 100% for consumers spending over 800 kilowatt per hour a month, have been enacted. This amount of energy is spent on most consumers who have no other heating resources except the current.
