The Constitution found it guilty, Nagavci says he will carefully analyze the decision in the days ahead

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo has found that the Ministry of Science and Technology, led by Minister Arberie Nagavci, violated the Constitution of Kosovo, with the decision of April 23rd, 2021, which gave the directive for organising teaching in the Kamenica municipality and dismissed reform undertaken by central Kastratii. Despite the decision, Nagavci [...]
Despite the decision, Nagavci in a later scripture is convinced that she has acted aright.
“The GK decision will be carefully analysed in the coming days, but remain convinced that my failure to act on Kamenica's case would be a violation of children's rights, violation of the constitutional right to education, violation of international conventions, and harming the interest of children. This cannot be tolerated as minister, either as a mother or as a professional”, she has written.

No child can be denied the right to education by anyone. It is my constitutional, professional and moral obligation to engage in the realisation of the right to education for all children of the Republic of Kosovo, regardless of where they live.
The decision to organise accelerated alternative learning, for 441 Camenica municipality students, has been made after failing all attempts to adopt such a step by the mayor of the municipality. As Government, we have an obligation to ensure that the following school is followed by all students and we cannot allow them to become a hostage to disagreements between the mayor and the community in which they live.
With the decision to speed up, 441 children in the Kamenica municipality have returned to school banks after more than 7 months. About 100 Busavat village students for two years have not followed the lesson. It's a violation of children's rights, it's irresponsible, it's inlerable and unforgivable.
GEK's decision will be carefully analysed in the coming days, but remain convinced that my failure to act on Kamenica's case would be a violation of children's rights, violation of the constitutional right to education, violation of international conventions and at the expense of children's interest. I cannot tolerate it either as a minister or as a mother or a professional. /Periscopi/
