Once at the helm of the government, the Vetevendosje Movement had appointed Minister of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure - MMPHI, Libron Ali. Since the two ministries were joined, Aliu delegated all works to the Ministry of Infrastructure, Hysen Dumrish, who had been appointed deputy minister of the MMPHI.
Periscope has learned that this company, part of which Durmish was then won a tender in 2019 at the Ministry of Infrastructure, for which all the money was paid in the last year without the contract being done. Moreover, allegations are that the company has been cheating on doing the work, paying them money for jobs it did not perform.
“Resilination of the Regimental Road R 115 Upper Gerlica - Shrpca -Brezovica and R 210 Brezovica Extation Centre”. This project has been divided into two contracts.
The first part had been won by the company “Bager”, worth 1, 284, 268.88 euros, and the second part NNT company “ABC”, worth 1, 956, 340.38 euros.
The contract is signed between companies and the ministry in 13,03.2019. At tear-1, according to the contract, the road had to be completed in 180 days after the signing.
Periscop found out that the company put in the old sides they were, just painted them, and even didn't paint them. He left the same ones while he had to build and assemble new ones. That's what nearly 100,000 euros has been paid for.
According to the contract, in parameters, the “synization horizontal and vertical”, the article 5.8 is called “furnisation and the setting of flexible B profile patterns (including all types of deployment along with catadioper, with support (stopped) on every 2m”. Its amount, set by the ministry, has been exactly 5, 190. One hundred meters.
Like all other positions, even in this position, the company has put the price on offer. The price for the facility has been 60 m2. Total 96, 762.71 euros. So that's how much the company has been paid for this position, which according to the situation on the ground are the old tops they've been, except they've been painted, and the pillars are the same ones that are not painted.

Just a few weeks after the ministry's chairmanship, Durmish, the company “Bageri”, had also contracted another contract with the ministry for the project, for some additional work that had been released. Those jobs were approved by the ministry, and the contract was signed at a precise value of 126 thousand and 606 euros, on 26.04.2021.
For a few days, Periscop has sent questions to MMPHI to get an answer to whether the technical accession of this road has been made and whether they are aware of aspects that have not been imposed on the contract. The ministry has not returned the answer. /Mentor Buzhala/
