She said this tendency reconfirms the fact that Serbia is trying even further to tarnish the truth about Kosovo and the KLA. Citaku added that even more disturbing in this case is the confirmation of manipulation that has been made to former Senator Marty from Serbian secret services, which have supplied him with fabricated information and files produced in the political cabinets in Belgrade and Moscow, on which the Special Court has been established.
So, if an orchestra for the physical elimination of Marty from the Serbian secret services is euvenal, only in order to try to further tarnish our truth, it is quite confirmed that an orchestrating of the war of the KLA by the same structures and the same thinking, through Senator Marty has been a good organised and deliberate agenda, which has had nothing to do with truth or justice. And this constitutes absurd for truth and justice, because today, European taxpayers pay for a court that has been set up on dezinforms and factories of Serbian secret services, a state that has names and surnamed war criminals who are unpunished for their crimes, while on the other hand, the same is allowed to go so far as to build and manipulate with false evidence of KLA war crimes.”, she said.
Citaku considers that this created situation is an initial spark for Kosovo and the European Union to ask some questions which former Senator Marty would have to clarify.
“Which were the circumstances that prompted or forced Mr. Marty to investigate claims fabricated by the Serbian and Russian secret service for organ trafficking by the KLA? Who and what secret services have Mr. Marty's testimony to the evidence he's come to his KLA war crimes findings? Has he then been threatened or blackmailed, and felt manipulated today, since his very life is in danger, from the same structures that play both criminal and victim's role?
She said that this issue questions the entire clause of the charges filed against former Kosovo Liberation Army members, would have to produce reflections also on Kosovo institutions, which since reporting this extremely important development, have still had no stance.
This is not about historical, political, identity issues. The word is about the basis on which concrete charges have been filed. And this base, it has an address in Belgrade and one in Moscow. There's a procedure, blackmail. As well as one goal, the damage to Kosovo's image. Putting aside the component of justice we believe in, recent developments with Senator Marty show that there is no reliable substance in The Hague for treatment. Therefore, in the face of these events exposing the efforts of the Serbian state against our freedom and independence, against our integration and external consolidation, we all have the obligation to protect Kosovo and its image.”, Citaku said.
