Why? They don't back down the population's demand for salaries and pensions, making decisions just as popular.
If the government intends to help vulnerable groups because of prices, why put them all in a bag? Why do I get 100 euros like the 2% of workers who have very high salaries, like those who fight for minimum wage increases? Why do I take the same subs as students who live in dormitories, like students who go to lectures with Range Rover? ...
Why do at least 70m euros that will be shared in April go to development projects that can guarantee sustained employment, or charge that 20% of the population living in poverty, or less than 1.85 euros a day?
