That, according to him, Interior Minister Jedal Svecla has direct influence on the operational works of the current police director.

Svechla said Police Director Samedin Mehmeti has had to be dismissed much weather, citing the arrest for two months of 80 police officials.

“I've been talking about the problems police have in particular with current director and Minister Svecla since the minister has direct influence on the operational affairs of the police and the situation in the police is very bad. The Police Director is just watching him punish the cops. But I'm talking that the Kosovo Police have never been worse than they are now from the financial aspect of the government, but also from the aspect of supporting management and the director for them to deal with in the best manner”, Qalaj said.

Arresting for two months nearly 80 police officials is a huge alarm, which led us all to commit to supporting the Kosovo Police otherwise we have very bad business. Police director had to be fired a lot of time. As soon as he has begun to implement all the demands of Interior Minister Jalal Svechla. The moment the minister became both the police director and the deputy officer of the police and everything in the police force then the director's position had to be issued as soon as it could be, he said.

Among other things, Qalaj added that at least she is fighting crime and corruption.

I can say that at least it's fighting crime and corruption. This government is unable to lead the country”, he said in an interview for Online Economy.

Commission for Security Chairman Beka Berisha stressed that the biggest problem is that police are being labeled as corrupt and are later released, adding that the image of the police would be destroyed as well.

According to him, there were interference and credit for the Government of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in recent shares, but it turned out that the investigation had begun much earlier.

The police's <x0). I've had my remarks that 100 policemen were not supposed to be arrested and finally held ten and others labeled and released. The problem is that a certain model is functioning to get the person who gets labelled and out of the media that he is corrupt then after two weeks he was released”, Berisha said

This is how the image of the police breaks down. Depending on who authorises these arrests as the prosecutor and is a chain not only a competent person. When 50 police officers were arrested Government and the Minister of Internal Affairs took credit then turned out this operation continues two years ago. No one takes responsibility for this operation when it fails.
