The agency said Sunday that some of them have used forged documents and others have tried to bribe border guards to leave the country.
The report also said that some were found dead until they tried to cross the Carpathian mountains in adverse weather, without specifying the number.
Under military law, Ukrainian men between 18 and 60 were prohibited from leaving the country in order to be called to fight.
The war in Ukraine has begun on February 24th after Russian troops launched offensive in this country.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has called the invasion of Ukraine a special <x0 military subset” while the attack preceded recognition as independent of two separatist regions in Ukraine.
