Ukrainian Agriculture Minister Roman Leschenko has resigned, his deputy told Reuters this morning, without giving any reason. During the day, the Ukrainian Parliament must vote on whether to accept its resignation. The Ukrainian agency also reports that Leschchenko has resigned.
