Ukraine: More than 14,000 Russian troops have been killed so far

The Ukrainian Armed Forces claim that a total of 14,400 Russian troops have been killed in the first three weeks of war in Ukraine.

Offering an update on Russian losses since 24 February, Ukraine says 95 planes, 115 helicopters and 466 tanks have been destroyed so far.

Moscow has not yet provided any details of the losses since March 2nd, when it admitted that 498 Russian troops were killed in combat, Skynews writes.

Earlier, Ukraine claimed a fifth Russian general had died in the war, although Andrei Mordwickev's death was not confirmed by the Kremlin.
