Today is the last day for meeting the legal obligation for the regular annual declaration of property, while the legal obligation has not yet been responded to even some 550 public officials.
That's how the Anti-Corruption Agency lets out.
The AKK calls on public officials, who have not already carried out the legal obligation, to use the remaining time.
“The statement filter can be delivered physically to the AKK offices during regular work hours or signed and signed via electronic arc [email protected].
Public officials must declare the state of their wealth and family members, information about their wealth, their income, such as incompatibility, playful wealth worth over three thousand euros, ownership of their shares in commercial society, valuable letters, saved money in the bank and other financial institutions, financial obligations to persons and law and annual revenues, carried out in or out of the country”, it says.
The Anti-Corruption Agency recalls top public officials, who do not refuse to do so and forces the AKK to act in accordance with Article 430 of the Kosovo Criminal Code.
The legal deadline for regular annual property declarations for 2021 is 1 to 31 March 2022.
